FIS interview questions

The process starts with a mini assessment, the interview, and then the background check/drug test. I personally had a really bad recruiter (Kenny Wade). I’m sorry to put in him on blast but whenever I would message him he wouldn’t respond and when he did it took days for him to get back to me. The background check and drug test was done through Hireright and they checked everything from Employment, Criminal History, and Education.

Competency based interview. It was very relaxed and friendly faces. Interviewers made me very comfortable and very supportive. I had a zoom interview. A few interviewer were there. I was given opportunity to ask questions too.
