Very nice and very interecting way of dealing woth the important things and very effectively ask questions this is an important to able to get all answers of your questions
Straightforward. I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn had a discussion with them about the role they had on offer and accepted to move on to a more formal interview. Formal interview conducted on Teams as hiring manager at time was based out of Australia and I am based in Scotland. 30-45 minutes conversation over teams. After that heard nothing for around a week maybe 2 and received an email invite to second interview. Second interview was more of a generalised conversation getting to know me and interests outside of work. Then received an informal offer and formal offer around a week later.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process was smooth and fairly straightforward. It began with a conversational call with the recruiter covering common interview topics. I then met with my potential manager for a more in-depth discussion about the role. Occasionally, there’s a third interview if the skip-level manager would like to connect, but that’s not always required.
