FIS interview questions

Submitted the application on their website. Received an email from their recruiter at the end of a (typical) workday, explaining she'd like to set up a 15 minute phone screening the same day or the following day, and to respond back with available times. Responded to the email later that evening when I saw it, with my availability. I never heard back from the recruiter. 3 days later just shy of 5am I received an auto rejection email regarding the position. I forwarded that email to the recruiter and also responded through our original email trail, asking for clarification due to the conflicting communications. I never received a response. At the very least I would have appreciated a response as to why they were interested in me and then changed their mind. Found this to be very unprofessional. I suppose if this is the way things are with FIS I'd be weary to continue the process with them.

Hr called and briefed on role and JD and interview process. Took basic details and requested for availability to setup discussion. next day setup discussion with panel. Interview was for 1.2 Hours.
