Process was smooth, discussion was based on the my experience in my past organizations, There were 2 technical and one managerial round. The entire process was completed within 2 weeks and offer was rolled out

2nd round business related questions, time management, conflict management, agile related questions, cost management, process improvement, process automation and resource management

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FIS (Austin, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
He was very unprofessional, had to keep probing why they were not considering. He was unclear nor the hiring manager. Later realized the hiring manager was new to Sr role and had no prior experience in recruiting.
