Interview
I was referred by an employee. That is the best way to get hired on to the company. I recieved a call within a week for an interview. The interview couldn't have been longer than 15 minutes and I received an offer soon after with a packet to get my drug test done. Only a few day after I had started training.
Fairly easy interview that was done via phone after the start of the pandemic; there was a mix-up with my paperwork which caused a delay in my start date. But other than that it was a fairly easy interview/onboarding process
