Interview
Applied online. Received the email. Spoke with a member of the talent team, and it seemed like a decent chat. Towards the end of the interview, he said he would share the feedback with the hiring manager and get back to me. After two days, he sent an email mentioning he would "update me soon about the next steps", but it has been a month and I haven't received ANY response from him despite emailing and calling him. It's very unprofessional to ghost someone like this after promising to follow up. I am glad I dodged the bullet.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Sídney)
Interview
There were three interviews completed in less than two weeks followed by final HR interview. The first interview was with potential manager and 2nd interview was peer interview and 3rd was with country director.

These all interviews were more of fun and casual chatting about share past experiences and telling stories, and the interviewers were genuinely interested to know you more. No right or wrong answers, mainly checking if you fit for the role.
