The first one is CV reviewal, it takes them 1 month to review my CV. Then the initial interview with HR. If you pass this round, you will be interviewed by the functional manager and do a technical test. The test will last about 2.5 hours. If you don't pass the interview, it will take them 1 month to tell you the result. The process is extremely slow.
