I applied through college or university. I interviewed at FIS (Bengaluru) in Jun 2019
Interview
Such a worst company i ever seen while in recruitment process. they came to our college for the recruitment and there was 4 step for recruitment like GD,Aptitude,Technical and HR.Initially they call student of all the branch except Mech and civil.then they started there processes at 10 AM .they took GD first and they took all the student who attended for the GD.Again they took 2nd round again they took all the student. After that there were approx 120 student for 3rd(technical) round.their they started taking interviews of all the student.after taking 50-60 interviews the time was Approx 5 PM and approximately there demand of student was full filled till that time. Then they pick all the CV of student who do not belong from the CSE & IT branch and tell them simply that they can leave for the day.and from Rest of the CSE & IT student they started asking very hard questions .and after asking 1-2 question they told u can leave. But in starting they were asking very simple question who got selected.this is totally unfair with students.they are just nonsense recruiters.they dont have brain how to recruit. at last which company take 120 technical interview in a single day.since 120 student applied for the 1st round and 120 went for technical round.how the hell it is possible.if they want to take only technical interview then why the hell they have taken first 2 rounds.i dont know why the hell that formality is important.such a worst interview experience till now in my whole life.
I found the interview process to be exceptionally well-structured and engaging from start to finish. The experience was remarkably positive, characterized by clear communication and a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What employees are required to remain with the same company?
The interview process typically consists of an initial screening call with the recruiter, followed by one or more technical interviews to assess problem-solving, coding, and data engineering skills. This is usually followed by a behavioral or managerial round focusing on experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Rh exchange followed by in site interview with manager and technical test (sql + java qcm). Then a proposal. It took 2 weeks. They have great place to work and everything was straightforward
