I applied online. I interviewed at FIS (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
Analyst were super professional which seemed surprising for a tech company. They asked me how my background would help them. Most of them are previous auditors. Wasn't for me as they wanted me to be a glorified accountant that pushes out reports. The role entailed doing Journal Entries, Reporting, "bean counter" stuff. Financial analyst means different things to different people but here it is more accounting heavy than traditional finance which involves higher level of math, analysis, and "consultant" type knowledge
I didn't hear back from for like weeks almost a month, and then they wanted to bring me back in for another interview. I had a job already at that point
Quite straightforward virtual interview. However, I did not feel as though the questions selected, and especially for the role, allowed me to show range within the work I have and am capable of doing

Question 1
Talk about a time where you faced a challenge at work
Competency based questions. One of the interviewers got in late and had camera off the whole time. Asked meaningless question. The interview could not clearly justify the purpose of asking such question
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at FIS
Interview
Mainly just personality questions. Very laid back, no technical questions though this was just a first round interview phone screen. I am unsure how the final round is structured. Recruiter was very friendly and laid back.
