I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Northport, AL) in Jan 2016
Interview
The process was very comfortable. They began with asking a few questions they had about my experience. After that, they asked some pretty standard questions about conflict resolution and things like that. They gave a decently detailed description of what the job would entail, along with a rundown of the attendance policy. After that, they gave me 15 minutes to ask my own questions. Some advice? Ask questions. It shows you'very actively engaged about what they've spoken to you about.
