FIS Customer Service Associate interview questions

It's via consultancy and involves 3 rounds ESSAY, HR and final at FIS which is assement of English in grammar, passage based questions.. totally 4 sections each of 10 minutes involved 8-12 questions on computer.

a normal HR round to check comm skills followed by a written test on random topic then finally and operations round. the HR s are common mediocre comm skills guys and girls who will just look at your face if you outhsine them in speaking and they just flaunt accents that too wrong north american one.
