Interview
There were 3 technical rounds and 1 HR round in the month of September 2020.
All 3 technical round questions were related to my current work experience, conflict management and use cases.
HR round had questions like, why do you want to leave your current company?, salary expectation.
Although I cleared the interviews and the recruiter said they will send me an offer with in a week.
I never got an offer.
And I reached out to the recruiter after 2 weeks , she said she left FIS. LOL

I had a interview with HR. I then had an in person interview with two senior managers and the main person in charge. I received a job offer within 1-1.5 months.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FIS (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2020
Interview
The overall environment here is very toxic. After interviewing and being treated like a second class citizen I can’t even imagine how they treat their employees. Everyone I interviewed with was brand new and complained about the turn over. This company needs to clean house in their talent and acquisition group ASAP.

Tell us about a difficult situation and how you handled it?
We appreciate your candidate feedback but are obviously disappointed that this is the experience you had with us. This is not typical of an interview experience hand not an accurate reflection of the true culture here at FIS. We will continue our focus on ongoing training opportunities related to the interviewing process for both managers and recruiters alike.
