FAA interview questions

panel interview with 4 managers , lots of scenario based situations, and then questions about goals, personal attributes. very focused on organizational skills and communications skills. Very little actual aviation knowledge needed for interview.

It was a waste of my time. I knew they were not going to offer me the position. The interview process was really slow. I was called for an interview 4 months after the posting closed.
