Gesprek met twee werknemers die polsen ofdat je de juiste skills& karaktereigenschappen hebt voor de job. Dit doen ze dan vooral door 'behavioral questions' te stellen zoals: 'zeg eens een moment waarop je kritisch hebt nagedacht,het initiatief hebt genomen,...'
daarna was er een technische vraag die polst naar technische kennis en je denkprocess

Interview
There are total of 3 rounds of interview - 1 round of phone interview with HR (initial screening) and 2 rounds of face-to-face interviews with section supervisors, followed by manager level. Overall was a pleasant experience.

Asked location preference and typical behavioral questions. Previous experience. Interviewed on campus and on-site interview ~2 weeks later. Paid for travel expenses. Onsite interview had technical portion, behavioral, and conversational.
