ExxonMobil Process Engineer I interview questions

First interview was two hours - one each hour with different two people. Mix of behavioural questions and one technical case during each hour. They wanted me to use the STAR method.

2 hour interview - first hour with one couple of engineers and second hour with two other engineers. They ask the same questions initially waiting for a response with the STAR method, at the end of each talk there was a techincal case where you have a task to improve a process or fix a problem based on a process flow diagram.
