Applied to the job in November, took the test in December, got an interview in January got hired late February. The process was very long. As far as the interview it was pretty generic there was two guys interview me and it lasted about an hour. Basic questions.

The interview was about 2 hours long. I was interviewed by 2 sets of people. The first set of people asked questions of how certain situations would be handled. The second group of people was more relaxed asking questions of would you be able to lift a certain amount, would you wear steel toed boots, etc

Alcohol and drug testing onsite on actual interview date.
Sat opposite a table of four individuals who relentlessly fired off questions at me.
Standard ExxonMobil "Gestapo" treatment - if you get offered the job then get used to it!
