Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ExxonMobil in Aug 2022
Interview
Exxon came to hire on-campus.
The process had following rounds.
round1 - aptitude[60min 60 questions] + technical test[30 min 30 questions]
round2 - GD
round3 - Technical interview
round4 - HR interview
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
This interview consists of two distinct parts, and the interviewer genuinely wants to understand your unique personality. Just remain calm, be yourself, and answer every single question with complete sincerity.
