Interview
After visiting the refinery to get to know the business I send a motivation letter. One day later I was called to plan my first interview. Unfortunately I was not picked for a second interview, because they didn’t saw me working in this industry.

Question 1
Technical case was really basic. Motivation for the job should be really clear!
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
