Interview
I have sent an online application. After that I was invited for one Skype interview, then for another video interview after which I got invited for a face to face interview. After that I have received an offer which I have accepted.

Difference in viscosity indexes of two different oils? Is it better graph with flat or more inclined viscosity index?
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
This interview consists of two distinct parts, and the interviewer genuinely wants to understand your unique personality. Just remain calm, be yourself, and answer every single question with complete sincerity.
