Interview
The hiring process started with essay in English checking the language level. Then I had SHL test online. After test I was invited on interview. It took about an hour. I was interviewed by two people: one woman from HR and a man from reservoir department. After small talk they asked some behavioral questions (tell about a situation: when you was a leader, when someone was wrong, etc). They they checked my resume and asked to choose a preferable department (one of maintenance, reservoir, geological and 3 more).
Most of the questions were focused on hypothetical scenarios, also did go through resume. The interviewers are generally quite nice and will be relevant to the team that you are attached to.

Interview
The interview is quite chill. He mostly asked me to explain my cv and 1 technical questions. The interviewer is quite friendly too. Be sure to know everything you wrote at your cv
questions and answer type, question were really difficult to tailor our experience to it and all are behavioral questions. Does not ask about why you choose the company / the position at all.
