I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Houston, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview process started with an on campus interview. After that I heard back that they were going to try to place me with a group that would match my skills and desires. They then got back with me about position in their downstream logistics department. They then flew me to Houston where I had 3-4 more interviews with various people with whom I would be working. The interviews weren't anything crazy hard, just "tell me about a time when..." sort of questions.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Kuala Lumpur) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview invitation was given only two days in advance, which made it challenging for me to arrange transportation and accommodation. The interviewers were friendly and approachable. However, I feel that I didn’t perform as well as I could have, mainly due to limited preparation for the technical questions. The interview covered my resume, included a few behavioural questions, and a case study. The case study itself was not particularly difficult.
you should learn technical basis before come to interview. just be confident when you answering question. it's okay if you wrong they'll corrected it. they also ask behaviour question and yiu should ready with your experience
