I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Provo, UT) in Sep 2018
Interview
There are multiple states. You need to go to an info session first and give a pitch, then they'll invite you to breakfast. If you make it past this round, they'll call you back for an additional info session and answer more specific questions about working for Exxon and tell you very specifically what types of questions they will ask you. There are no surprise questions. They are also very strict about using the STAR method. If you make it past the 1 on 1 interview, you are passed on and get additional phone/in person interviews.

A sit down talk with a few technical leads, something like a panel interview, but less formal.
