Interview
I had two rounds of behavior based interviews, on the same they both, 1.5-2 hours long each. There was no hr person present at the interview, but 2-2 long-serving supervisors from different departments. Was a nice experience all together, they try to ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible during the interview - no stress interview:). You have to give very detailed description of your behavior, reaction or thoughts in certain situations that happened to you in the past.

What was the most complex problem you recently have been asked to solve?
The interview process was straightforward, starting with an initial screening call followed by one or two structured interviews focusing on skills, experience, and cultural fit, with timely feedback provided afterward.
Automated interview scheduled because of which one cannot contact HR directly for the feedback. Not recommended if you are not contacted by HR. SQL questions. I was seeing the post has been kept on reposted in linkedIn for months.
Primero una entrevista telefónica breve con recursos humanos. La entrevista era bastante genérica preguntando sobre conceptos generales de programación y sistemas. La segunda entrevista fue presencial con el manager contando las características de la posición.
