Interview
2 rounds. First round was half technical half behavioural interview with 2 interviewers, technical section was a case study analysing problems in a chemical plant. Second round was a fully behavioural interview with plant managers.

Question 1
Analyse the case study of the plant (including atypical temperatures, pressures, flows), what could be the problem?
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
