It was behavioral interview at college. basic common questions that you would encounter. but didn't get the position tho.

Predominantly recruit through university relations. Preliminary campus interviews lead to second round interviews, usually on the phone. On-line applications are accepted, but didn't seem to be very common. Applicants to other ExxonMobil affiliates (EM Chemicals, Downstream, etc.) can be considered as well
