ExxonMobil Financial Analyst interview questions

submitted resume at website, received interview invitation in 2 days, interviewed at next week, and rejected 4 days after interview. Very fast process. Four round interview: first and second is behavior, 3rd is technical. 4th is just talk with HR. The behavior questions are ok. the technical part is tricky. They asked why sales go up, Which project to invest. They also ask excel questions.
