Interviewer was very profesional and kind. He passed me on to the next step of the interview process but said that it was fairly late in the hiring season for new graduates.

Interview
It is campus interview. The interviewer was nice and polite. She let me talk about my own research work, and then asked me several behavioral questions. She also introduced this position to me to find the best fit. However, I didn't get the onsite, and the rejection letter says there is no fit.
