Interview
get a notice of interview via a phone call. The interviewer are three officers, potential colleagues of the same department. It is a very pleasent chatting. they asked some behavioral questions. they are very nice and one of the officers introduced the department and job scopes which are not what i expected. overall, the interview is not hard time for interviewee. it is just a match check. My suggestion is behave who you are.

Interview
There were 3 people in the interview room, 2 engineers and an HR personnel. Asked about some challenges faced during internship and projects in school. Only the HR show signs of interest during the interview while the others did not display any emotion throughout the interview. The interview lasted for around 45 minutes.

Interview
I applied for a general engineering position at PhD level through campus info session and received a follow-up interview on campus approximately one week later. The interviewer was one of our alumni but not from my area of study. The interview lasts for about 45 minutes. After the interview, I was told my resume will be routed to related department and I will be contacted provided that there are any potential positions. After two months, I received the rejection email.
