ExxonMobil Advisor interview questions

Global hr operations is good in their shortlisting process and coordinating with the asia pacific side of exxonmobil. However, interview process wasnt very professional. One of the interviewers was friendly and professional. The other was not very, she was using her phone while i was answering questions asked by the other professional interviewer. The unprofessional interviewer was even preparing to pack up before i finished. Honestly, even if you dont intend to hire a candidate, at least show some professionalism. Put yourself in the candidate’s shoes.
