Express Employment Professionals interview questions

The interview process was quick- it only took about 30 minutes. The recruiter asked for strengths and weaknesses; what my dream job would look like; what I like to do and what I don't in a work context. She was very professional and satisfactorily answered all my questions. The office was easy to find and was well maintained.

Presentation is key. Especially when making a first impression. And they utilized this strategy to draw me in from the get-go. They succeeded at smiling, asking questions to make it seem that they are legitimately interested in me, etc. Although I do feel that it's all part of that "making a good-first impression" deal.
