I applied online. I interviewed at Express Employment Professionals (Champaign, IL) in Feb 2012
Interview
In general, the phone interview process used was very straightforward (and generic) with standard interview questions. The interviewer had some initial trouble when I attempted to break from the predetermined script with my own questions.

Question 1
Nothing was difficult or unexpected, but be prepared to provide more real-world experience context around your answers if you want to provide an impactful (and memorable) response.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Express Employment Professionals (Visalia, CA) in May 2015
Interview
I was given the interview and was asked varies questions about skills, strengths, weaknesses, and work history. The interview was about 40 minutes long and I felt that I nailed the questions that were asked.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Express Employment Professionals (Littleton, CO)
Interview
There wasn't much of an interview other than going over my resume. They had me fill out paper work, and take several tests to show what I knew about assembly, and office work. I found out later that they did call for references, and talked to former employers. They also did a drug test the same day at the office. Which I thought was "different" since usually an agency will send you to another facility to do a drug test.

Question 1
They just asked if I had ever worked a temp job before, if so with who, when, and what kind of job it was. They also asked what salary I would like, and what hours and days I would like.
