Fui abordada por telefone por uma recrutadora, depois agendamos uma entrevista por skype e quando fui conhecer meu gestor tive uma entrevista presencial. Gostei muito do processo seletivo, foi bastante respeitoso e cuidadoso, tive retornos constantes.

Easy 2 phone call process. Nothing deep . Just looking for any industry experience. There seemed to be a need that they org is so large that they simply need to fill rolls. Nothing probing or exploratory in selection from hiring manager.
