Experian interview questions

The interview process took about 2-3 weeks and was somewhat all over the place. Rather than an HR screening, I got a call out of the blue from the HR contact and played phone tag for multiple days to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. After the interview with the hiring manager, I never heard from the HR contact again. There were two video interviews then I didn't hear back until the hiring manager let me know I didn't get the position. I wasn't a good culture fit and didn't appreciate the lack of communication.

3 rounds of interviews, 1st with manager, 2nd with director, 3rd with panel. 1st and 3rd are with very enthusiastic persons, they are really helpful and kind. Director is somewhat busy and not talk too much.
