Experian interview questions

group interview with other people using usual scenarios. Technical interview with SQL questions and a competency test which is personality and experience based. Day long and lunch was provided. There were 2 interviewers for each test and 3 for the group.

I was recommended by a current employee and had a screening with Talent Acquisition, the hiring manager, and a second manager. The communication was absolutely terrible. I waited about a month in between each interview. Then after being told they were going to get me set up for a panel interview, three months went by with zero communication. I emailed, left voicemails, and texted the Recruiter as well as emailed the hiring manager. I kindly asked if I could just be informed if I was still a candidate. It’s now been five months and I haven’t heard a single word. Even if they offered me the job I would not take it due to the experience.
