The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Experian (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2019
Interview
Two phone interviews, one with recruiter and second one with hiring manager. Panel interview with three separate presentations. One on a selected client, a why hire me and a first 90 days plan. Short interview with senior VP of operations and a second shift interview with HR manager. Received an offer two weeks after panel interview and accepted contingent upon background and drug screening. Approximately a month and a half process start to finish.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Experian (Boston, MA) in Jul 2019
Interview
The process was long and very disorganized, consisting of several phone interviews and one day with live, in-person interviews. It was one of the longest and slowest processes I have ever been through. Very frustrating.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Experian (Melbourne)
Interview
After an online application Hr called for a phone screen. They confirmed an onsite interview and promptly sent the wrong role information. An average but positive first interview followed with promises of a second interview. Hr failed to confirm this and dodged multiple emails and phone calls over a 4 week period until I was forced to contact their head of dept. Big talk and little action from yet another large corporate company.
