initial call from recruiter and then 45 min interview with head of product. Interview was very pleasant, the interviewer covered all of my experience and we had a very productive conversation about various roles within the business. I reached out to the recruiter a number of times as I felt the interview went well but never received a reply. Recruitment seems to be very chaotic and zero feedback. My main gripe is that I was clear I was holding off multiple offers to wait for a response but was still ignored. Overall left with the impression that this was a case of “the face doesn’t fit” because my 15 years of experience in a role almost identical went over very well at first interview.
