I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Experian in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview lasted about 2 hours and was with 3 people who worked at the Experian pH offices. The first went over what the company did and talked about how they create potential models for their clients and asked about what variables i think may be included in modelling let say, people who buy transit vans.
The scond part was a test of ability to understand some basic code and seeing if I could spot some mistakes or anything wrong with some database slides. Fairly straighforward.
The final part was testing the ability to interpret tables and graphs and seeing how taking data from a table to a graph and seeing what trend I think the graph would have. also, practice percentages conversions i.e what is 170/2000.
The interview process was quite nice and relaxed, they seem like very nice people and a good company to work for. I think it would be a good opportunity to anyone who gets an offer, so prepare as best you can and good luck!
