Experian Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

I applied via online application and didn't hear back for weeks. Once they responded and asked for me to conduct a phone interview, it was scheduled about a week out. Had a fantastic phone interview, she basically told me I got the job I would just have to talk to the executive, and then I never heard from them again.
