I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Evonik (Newark, DE) in Oct 2020
Interview
I had two interviews with two different managers. Both were completely remote due to COVID but the managers were able to conduct great interviews focusing on information I put on my resume and having me elaborate on that. No real personality questions but instead more conversational.
its good, they are nice. the feeling is like in between quite serious & chill. overall good experience to had an iv with them. difficulty i can say medium level, not so easy no so hard. just read ur resume well
Interviewers asked hypothetical, lab safety questions. Pretty easy to answer—there isn’t a single correct answer I think. They just want to know if you have justification behind your answer. There were no questions about communication, teamwork, or anything related to your past experiences/extracurricular, which was quite surprising compared to other interviewers from different companies.
