I applied through college or university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Evonik (Lafayette, IN) in Sep 2019
Interview
Very Lengthy- I started with an on campus interview and now have 2 different on-site interviews and a phone screening. They asked the same questions in the campus interview and phone-screening.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Evonik in Feb 2018
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via Indeed in February. Called to do a pre-screening, applied for the position. then she transferred me to another recruiter. (I'm assuming they use a third party recruiting service) the 2nd recruiter called me in march to do another pre-screening? then instead of asking these questions on the phone, she sent a list of questions to answer and fill in.... didn't hear back for a month. checked the website and they pulled the position off. so I emailed the lady and thats when they told me they were moving on. no structure during the interview process which is annoying and inconsiderate.
seems like a really good company to work for, would probably suggest to not use the 3rd party recruiters.
