      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Evonik in Feb 2018

      Interview

A recruiter reached out to me via Indeed in February. Called to do a pre-screening, applied for the position. then she transferred me to another recruiter. (I'm assuming they use a third party recruiting service) the 2nd recruiter called me in march to do another pre-screening? then instead of asking these questions on the phone, she sent a list of questions to answer and fill in.... didn't hear back for a month. checked the website and they pulled the position off. so I emailed the lady and thats when they told me they were moving on. no structure during the interview process which is annoying and inconsiderate. seems like a really good company to work for, would probably suggest to not use the 3rd party recruiters.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why are you interested in this position? What has been the most challenging problem you’ve faced, either personally or professionally, that made you question yourself or what you were doing? How do you create meaning and help enact change--in your own life, in your social circle, as part of your community, and as a citizen of the world?
