Basically learning how to be a live dealer, but online streaming instrad of in person. They teach you how to shuffle, blackjack, give you 2 outfits, which is pretty cool with free coffee and more. They Pay is good as well.

Friendly, knowledgeable supervisor led me through the introductory slide show, gave me the basics on the operation, asked me a few questions and took me on a tour of the facility. There was a brief skills tutorial/evaluation at the end.
