good, had to show lots of passion and demonstrate teaching ability through experience and examples. it was a great conversation and thoroughly enjoyed the process. it was good to meet the team and see the facilities. they had lots of world class facilities.

I found the interview process straight forward. I met with the General Manager and he brought me around the premises for a tour whilst asking me if I had any questions. If I did not have any questions I made sure to double check information relevant to the Lifeguard roll, such as nearest spinal board for example, just to show I had been paying attention. The interview is there mainly to ensure you can communicate efficiently and present well for the company, as well as ensuring you are correctly qualified.
