Great interview, asked me valid questions that made me think, and were happy to answer questions that contained details such as members numbers and growth potential. Had a good few people in the interview asking questions from varying positions within the company

Initial first interview over Video call, lovely guy sean interviewed me, explained the process what the job involved. He was easy to talk to, put you at easy. I didnt feel like he was looking for generic answers but had a genuine interest in what i thought and how i was hoping to train and motivate etc. After i had the feeling of being hopeful of getting an offer, i got a offer of a 2nd interview before the call finished and comfirmation of the date a few hours later.
