The first step was a simple, over the phone HR Screen.
The second step was to code a project according to their specs.
The final step was an person interview with two coders, one peer level and one lead.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Everforth Apex Systems

The recruiter reached out to me on social media, and I initially declined the opportunity due to not meeting all the requirements, but they persisted and finally I agreed to a virtual technical screening.
The screener joined the meeting late, and had a thick accent I could not understand. He asked very pointed and canned questions that did not relate to the position at all. I could barely hear the questions due to the yelling children in the background.
After that the recruiter ghosted me, no follow up call, email, nothing.
