First a national recruiter will call you, then you have to take an online personality test. Then they will call you in for a face to face interview. You go in for a formal interview with delivery manager and VP or higher up. Then you shadow and interview with the rest of the team for half a day.

Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

How do you behave in competitve situations? Do you do well in these environments?
It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
