Great interview process. It starts with phone interviews first, followed by an initial 30 minute interview with the hiring managers. After that you may be invited back for a half day interview which I did. It was good to see what it takes to do the position of a recruiter and it really boosted my interest in the job and the atmosphere.

Asked about background, what you knew about company, etc.
Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

How do you behave in competitve situations? Do you do well in these environments?
It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
