Extremely open dialog, meaningful questions were asked, they knew my background and had specific interests in my unique skill set. I felt listened to, engaged, and like what I brought to the table was fully rounded out. The communication between being initially recruited by the Sourcing Specialist over LinkedIn and my final face to face interview was very helpful and punctual, I never felt like I was left hanging. They kept me in the loop all along the way, were direct, and gave me interview tips before the face to face.

Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

How do you behave in competitve situations? Do you do well in these environments?
It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
