Everforth Apex Systems Customer Service Representative interview questions

Very easy - mainly just want to see if you can work well with the group. This is an entry level job so nothing too technical question -wise. First there was a phone interview and then second round was in person.

Phone screen followed by an on-site in person interview. An internal recruiter helps with the phone screen and setting up your on site interview. During the on site interview you are able to shadow a few individuals in the office and really get a feel for the day in a life of an Apex employee.
