CODING Before the test, you can choose up to 3 languages for coding problems and also optionally you can pass theory quizzes. Basically, you can take one language for coding and solve all of the tasks in it, but the more the better. Coding and theory tasks are done on some platform(leetcode-ish) with no supervision. The coding tasks were Leetcode Easy, can't remember about the theory ones. FIRST CALL 1-hour call with the Project Manager or Team Lead where I was telling about my previous experience, problems solved before, etc, no hard skills questions. SECOND CALL(and last at least for me) 1 more hour with the guy from the previous call + several Senior Devs. Almost the same as the previous call, but this time you prove that you know the subject. REJECTION :( 1 month later I received a bot message with a rejection, upon requesting feedback from HR got something like: "Nice guy, good knowledge of this n that but no job for student" -_- Liked: + Decent people + Automated assessment check + Still gained experience Disliked: - Poor feedback, I don't blame them but still don't like it :( - Too long for an Intern position
