I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2013
Interview
I was referred to the job by an Ericsson employee, recruiter called and did an initial screening, salary, experience, "Why Ericsson?" and why leave the current employer. They then attempted to set-up a time for an interview with the team. Schedules were packed for all involved so it took 2-3 days to get on the calendar 2 weeks out. On interview day, all went well with questions, inquiries, nothing too tough. Overall a positive experience just took a while.
